1. Due to frequent MIA cases, we NO longer entertain reservations. Items will be sold to fastest payee.

*Kindly inform us if you no longer wish to purchase an item. We're friendly. Please don't just disappear without a note!*

2. Items are sold on 1st come 1st serve basis. We will not attend to refunds or exchange of items purchased.

3. Items sold here are all brand new and in good condition. Accessories are not included unless stated otherwise. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.

4. We advise to wash new clothes seperately especially for dark or brightly colored clothes.

5. Payment must be made within 2 days after confirmation. Otherwise, priority will be given to the next buyer in line.

6. Prices are fixed and not negotiable. Prices of items DO NOTinclude postage.
